Grand Floor Officers: Please Memorize your charges for the Ritualistic Opening on Pages 236-248 and for Memorial Ceremony on pages 255-259. If you are unable to attend the Session please contact the Grand Royal Matron as soon as possible, but not later that March 1, 2008 Badges: Grand Officers please turn in all badges to, Chairman of Grand Trustees, before noon Saturday, March 15, 2008. Grand Officers Dress - HL's wear your Grand Court Gown and gloves during the business sessions. During Necrology and Memorial, wear white gowns and white gloves. Sir Knight's wear black with a white shirt for Necrology. Royal Matron's wear your crown for all sessions. Royal Patron's bring your sword. Presentations: All presentations to the newly elected officers are to be made during the New Officer's Luncheon, Saturday March 15, 2008. General Presentations may be made during Friday Morning's business session as time allows. No selling or fundraising during the Friday evening Banquet. If you wish to make a presentation or have a basket drawing during the evening's program contact the banquet chairwoman, . Reports: Be prepared to give your report when called upon. All reports should be no longer that 2 min. Reports due to Address and Distribution Committee Chairperson by March 1, 2008.
